Ukingo Tote Bag

Ukingo, means ridge in Swahili, a name inspired by the parallel ridges that form the material of the bag. Made from recycled corduroy the Ukingo tote bag is designed for everyday use - spacious enough for daily essentials, shopping or a laptop.

Made by talented tailors working in a textile collective in Dandora, Kenya, this bag gives reclaimed materials a second life while supporting skilled craftsmanship and sustainable livelihoods.

Every piece is made by hand from upcycled materials, which means no two are ever quite the same.
