Founded by a Nairobi-based optician, Sunshot Factory sunglasses bring together optical expertise and responsible design to address the growing challenge of plastic pollution. The name Sunshot Factory originates from the designer's goal to reach for the sky when she set out to craft these glasses. Each pair is made slowly and deliberately by Sunshot Factory’s skilled craftspeople, a testament to the meticulous attention to detail that defines the process.

The sleek marbled frames are handmade from reclaimed plastic, giving every pair a subtly unique finish. Fitted with full UV protection lenses, that comply with UK and EU standards (UKCA/CE), they offer everyday sun protection without compromising on aesthetics or integrity.
