Mlima Bracelet

Mlima, meaning mountain in Swahili, signifies the undulating shape and form of this piece.  This collection is created by our artisan partner Jack and his team in Kibera, Nairobi, a neighbourhood with a vibrant artistic community. These artisan metalworkers use traditional casting techniques to transform reclaimed brass into finely crafted, unique jewellery. This piece reclaims materials giving them a second life while supporting skilled craftsmanship and sustainable livelihoods.
